As Director, Resource Change Management Programs within the JCMPO, I served as the Financial Management Representative on the Joint Configuration Control Board (JCCB). I allocated financial resources for all engineering & contract changes to the technical baselines. I set up a management cycle for the union of cost analyses, producibility determinations & scheduling constraints for these changes. I set up the complete automation of a Resource Tracking System (RTS) for the allocation of dollars to these changes.
